Structured group training built around a team or a sport, not a generic workout. We build the session around what the sport actually demands: agility, speed, strength, conditioning, and the specific movements your season will ask of you. We have run this for school sports teams, including the Rathkeale College hockey boys, and we work with individuals preparing for a season the same way.
Because pre-season training is not optional if you want to avoid an injury-plagued season. Most sporting injuries happen early in a season, when a body that has spent the off-season on the couch is suddenly asked to sprint, twist and tackle at full effort. A proper pre-season block builds the fitness, strength and movement quality that lets you meet the first game ready, instead of playing yourself into shape and picking up an injury along the way. It also means less time on the sideline and more of the season actually enjoyed.
Sports teams preparing for a season, and individual athletes who want the same structured preparation on their own. Any sport, any age, from teenagers through to weekend warriors.
Ready. Fit enough to play the way you want to from the first whistle, not the fifth game.
