Our Pilates Reformer Block Classes are designed to kick start your pilates journey. This six week block course equips you with the foundation principles of the pilates reformer allowing you to safely use them independently or when you book into our pilates reformer classes.

Like mat pilates, the reformer improves strength, range of motion and control — particularly around the core, back, glutes and thighs — flexibility and balance, as well as focus, coordination, posture and body alignment!
